SUSTAINABLE TOURISM,

RESPONSIBLE TOURISM.

We believe that it is time to rethink, transform and act responsible for the future of tourism.

Although the tourism's contribution to social and economic life makes this sector attractive; the tourism industry has a significant impact on environment as it directly and indirectly promotes carbon emission. As USTUD ( International Sustainable Tourism Association ), we believe that we have to accept that tourism has negative aspects and act in line with a sustainable tourism approach.

Sustainable tourism essentially involves protecting the natural, historical and cultural heritage of the regions where it takes place from the negative effects of tourism and improving the existing conditions, ensuring the livelihood of local people and cultures from the tourism realized and transferring them to future generations, thus ensuring the continuity of existing tourism activities and local cultures, and playing a locomotive role in regional development. As the International Sustainable Tourism Association (USTUD), this motivation has mobilized us.

Within the framework of the need in the fields of "sustainable tourism" and "sustainable luxury tourism", professionals, each of whom are experts in different fields of the tourism sector, have come together under the roof of the International Sustainable Tourism Association (USTUD) with a sense of responsibility for future generations by accepting the benefits of tourism as well as the damages it causes to the environment without denying them.
